My Post Picks For March 2019

What a month this has been!

The same day I get laid off my best friend gets let go and subsequently kicked out on the street by her boyfriend. Thankfully she is staying with friends. She has kept in contact with me. She is now employed. Thank you God! And I can hear a smile in her voice despite everything going on.

She has always handled stress better than I.

Then another friend has a mini stroke.

Another friend gets in a wreck.

And I’m still just trying to maintain a positive attitude while being unemployed these past few weeks. I hate to say this but it is hard at times, especially here of late.

But, with all that going on I have still had time to read some very powerful and touching posts. You guys rock!

What a blessing it is to be a part of such a wonderful group of people 🙂

So here we go…my posts picks for the month of March. I hope you enjoy them and get as much from them as I did.

Love you all!

Beauty From Ashes brings us a post that we all are too familiar with in When Things Make No Sense To Us…

What It’s Like To Watch A Parent Die by Kristian was such a hard post for me to read. But it gave me insight into a few things.

Kathy brought me tears in her story entitled Through A Son’s Eyes. Oh my gosh you have to read it.

I commented on Vivian’s post that I would share this to continue to raise awareness against people driving drunk. I did share it on Facebook and Pinterest. Now I am sharing it with you…The Accident That Took Home My Friend Herm.

And then her post on The Reason I Blog. Heck yeah! God’s so cool 🙂

Dawn gives us some good advice in her post Why I Did Away With Tough Love. Something we as parents with children at any age might want to consider.

Vickie reminds that God Works Out His Purpose as she has been sharing with us her ups and downs in preparing for her surgery.

Believe The Bible: Reasons Why that Stacey presents us with is a great post we all should read!

This post by Melissa is just…wow! Go and read The Sacrificial Lamb: Why Did Jesus Have To Die now. Trust me when I say you will not regret it!

Sometimes, I really believe that Jordan has a direct line into my mind from God. Her post Trusting His Timing…geez how many time have I had my heart broken because I didn’t get what I wanted. And how many tempter tantrums have I thrown…ughh

Yo God! Are You Listening? This is a valid question for many of us. Joe offers some insight for our daily walk with this one!

Tosin’s Drama Queen and her statement of King Herod’s Riding The Big Bad Wolf is just priceless. Out of the mouth of babes!

With all the craziness in the world today Amy sheds some light for us in Where Were You ? And then she goes off and let’s out some anger in See Me. Powerful post which brought back memories of decades of praying for my dad. He did find the altar though 🙂

Caleb’s story The Struggle With Pornography brought back fresh memories of myself sitting on the couch, head bent over my knees, with tears falling from my face, pleading with God for freedom of my own struggle with porn. Caleb is not giving up! He is going to Run To Win!

Can you feel God’s Fiery Love For You? Hazel, thank you for this! His fiery love that permeates our hearts is the only love that can purify our imperfections!

And I will close out the month by making your mouth water because well…I’m hungry 🙂

Jeanne and her An Indian Meal looks yummy.

Diane’s Green Eggs & Ham looks like a fun thing to do with the kids. I mean come on….who has not wanted to try Dr. Suess’ Green Eggs & Ham?!? And for my fellow chocoholics out there…Homemade Chocolate Brownies 😮

I tried the green eggs :). They are very good and they still tasted like eggs. But I chose Eckrich sausage because I don’t like ham unless it’s in ham salad. Yeah, I know…weird.

  1. Thank you so much, Stuart! I am honored. I’m sorry to hear about all of the hardships happening in your life lately. I’m praying for you! I haven’t forgot about our email conversation either. The CEO has been out of the office for trainings, but I have a meeting with him later this week. Hang in there, friend! 🙂

      1. Oh no, there is nothing to say sorry about, how can I say it in English, it was a good cry, I am the one to regret, I should have explained better. I get very emotions by people and their story and storytelling, and my tears come easy🦋
        I wish you a lovely day🦋
