Stu’s World LXXXV

May I ask all of you to pray for Big D and Angie tomorrow morning…

Big D is having his heart battery replaced.

Angie is having her Cataract surgery on one eye tomorrow and then the other eye Thursday.

I will not be seeing this weekend coming up in order to give her time for healing and rest. But the following weekend I will be going to see her.

She cut her hair😮 She sent me a picture and I like it. It’s short.

It’s been decades since her hair has been this short. Can’t wait to see it in person and to see how well the Cataract surgery went!

Angie will also have her dream trip to Florida. Just not with me😥 But she is taking her female bestie and I know they will have a blast. Plus her bestie has never seen the ocean. So I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that she appreciate the trip😊

I will be returning to Celebrate Recovery starting this Thursday as several have reached out asking me to return.  This will be good for me spiritually as well.

I have a few things that need to worked on as well. So the return is on time.

Someone stole my lawnmower last Thursday 😠 Came home from work and it wasn’t in it’s usual spot. At first I thought maybe Brandon came over and moved it as a joke but nope it’s gone along with a full gas can!

Now to figure out how to get a new one on my already tight budget. God will supply the funds! He always does in one way or another😊

Check out who hung out with me first thing Monday morning…

I almost had it walk onto my hand until another forklift drive by😥 That would have cool!

The testimony section is finished, though I am waiting on a couple of stories to come in. I will be making it public this week. I couldn’t make it work the WAY I wanted it to but it’s manageable!

I have a few new thoughts for some posts as well as a new Bible Study that I just finished today with some YouVersion friends.

I may be doing a guest post soon. We’ll see how that pans out.

It’s past time for me to be writing again. It’s time to stop playing Township when I get home and actually start writing real stuff.

For those that have asked if I will continue sharing mine and Angie’s story the answer is yes. But no matter how I write it, it will not be able to express our love. It can only give a glimpse.

My next post I believe will be about justifying sin.

But anyhow, that’s all for this week. I pray everyone has a great week.

Love like Jesus loves you!

  1. Thank you Father for keeping Mr. D and Angie in perfect peace as they have surgery. Praise your name Lord for successful surgery for both of them. No infection and quick healing. Thank you for watching over both of them. In the mighty name of Jesus, amen

  2. You’re all on my weekly prayer list, Stuart. Father, I pray an added prayer, for Angie, and Big D. I pray, a speedy recovery, and that your grace will surround their hearts! In Jesus’ name, Amen!
