Jesus, I need you now!
How many times have we cried out that phrase knowing that what we are going through is more than we can handle?
How many times have we felt the weight of the world crushing down on our shoulders pushing us down into depression, anger, loneliness or worse…self-medicating ourselves in one form or another?
How many times have we felt like a leper, the outcast, the unwanted, the undesirable, the ugly, etc?
How many of us have allowed the cycle of guilt and shame to keep us in the shadows and out of the healing light?
For some of us this could be a daily struggle! For those coming out of addiction this culd be a minute by minute struggle!
I will say this my friends and with the truest most sincerity I can muster.
Jesus, I need you now needs to be your battle cry!
Reflect upon Golgotha today while your bent knees are buried at the foot of the cross.
Release your pain, your anger, your hurt, your worries, your doubts, and ever struggle you have. Just lay them down at the foot of the cross and then STAND! And stand tall knowing Jesus has your back! And He is working IN you to make you the best version of yourself!
He loves you!
