Tell The Story Challenge II | The Fabric Of Life

I saw John’s challenge the other day and loved the photos he chose. Two of those photos struck a cord in my heart. So with his permission I am doing the challenge 🙂

Thank you John!

The rules are simple:
Present a picture, then tell the story of the picture. It can be as short or as long as you want it to be. Nominate at least 3 people to write a story based on the photo you share 🙂

Here is the first photo I chose:

Oh God!!!

What have I done?

How could this happen to the fabric of my life?

I was trying so hard to make everything just right so I could have what I thought would be a perfect life.

Now look!!!

One wrong calculation. Just one and everything is shattered! This is not right God.

Stu, if you had heeded my voice this would not have happened.

What voice? You never spoke a word!

Oh, but I did. You just didn’t listen.

Remember that voice in your head that said “Stop, you are making the wrong choice.”

That was you? I thought that was my own mind telling me that.

Yeah, I know. A lot of people think that. But it’s me everytime. Warning you to be careful.

Ok, so how do I know when it’s your voice and not mine. Because the other voice I heard, which apparently, was not yours said go for it it’s ok to do that.

Well, my voice will always be one whispered in love, wanting only the best for you with a warning that says “no do not go there” or “no that’s unsafe”. Sometimes I may say not right now. And then there are those times when I DO say go for it.

How will I know if it’s your version of go for it or mine.

Haha, well Stu if you continue seeking me and my will for your life instead of your own desires you will know the difference.

As I told you I only want the best for you. And sometimes that best means waiting for the right time instead of rushing in like you just did.

Ok, God. But…umm…will you forgive me for not heeding your voice and just doing it my way?

Of course I will! All you need to do is ask!

Will you forgive me for yelling at you as well!

I just did Stu! I get that from a lot of people that are hurting too. And I forgive them all too when they ask.

Thank you God. One more thing though please. Would you please help me fix the mess of my life I just made?

Of course I will. Your my child!

Thank you!

Here is the photos I have chosen for you to write a post about 🙂 Choose one or all!

Lets see…who should I challenge…🤔🤔

    1. Thsnks sis! When I see a picture the words to a story just somehow come to mind. Which it was that easy just writing a normal post…lol

You’re very welcome! You’ll do perfectly fine. Yes, which one…I think I know. I’ll have to wait and see if I’m right 🙂
