1. Why did you start blogging & why have you kept blogging?

I started blogging as another means of trying to reach men who were struggling with pornography and for those married men who were struggling with their role as spiritual leader.

I have kept blogging for several reasons…

God has called me to share.

Pornography is still rampant in the world.

Men are still not being the spiritual leader.

We all still struggle with something…

And you guys. Your overwhelming love and encouragement keeps me motivated.
2. What is your favorite type of blog post to write?

Honestly I can’t really say since I will talk about almost anything. I mean come on…I talk about sexual intimacy all the way to demons.
3. What are your top 3 favorite blog posts?

This is not an easy one to answer. My heart goes into each one.

4. What are some of your favorite things to do to relax?

Vegging out on the couch watching a movie.

Reading books especially by Ted Dekker (The A.D. series was great), Robert Liparulo (Deadfall is my favorite) and anything by Steve Farrar (Anchor Man changed my life).

Chilling with my kids.

Listening to music.

Taking a very hot shower, sitting with my back to the sprayer and just letting the water hit me.
5. What are 3 of your favorite things?

My kids ❤❤❤

Going to Shreveport to hang out with friends.

My goofy cat Minnie

And our adopted stray Shortie. Brandon found her in the church parking lot skinny as a rail with one eye shut 😦 I think she is blind in that eye now.

6. What are your proudest blogging moments?

It would have to be getting random comments like these:

Stuart, I was in the casino yesterday morning and for some strange reason started to look at Facebook. The first thing I saw was a link to “something to Stu over” so I tapped it and began to read right there at a slot machine. I might add that this was Sunday morning at the time I should of been in church. The blog was about you asking forgiveness from a porn star. As I read thru your blog, a friend of mine leaned over my shoulder to see what I was doing and began reading the blog also. As we read thru the blog we looked at each other about halfway thru and both of us had tears in our eyes. I cannot explain but the presence of God was so all over us it was unbelievable!!! It was so inspiring to read and I want you to know that God is using you because God spoke to me thru your words! Keep up the wonderful work of God. I love you brother!

25 years ago, I was a victim of sex trafficking. Sometimes, those rapes were recorded. I have no idea what happened to those tapes or how many people may have seen them.

It was only last week I was finally able to share that particular detail of what happened to me. Now, God has used your words to let me know he is aware of me, and what I have been through, and he will continue to help me heal.

7. What are your hobbies outside of blogging?

Reading and listening to music. I need to start drawing again.

Loving, emotional and deep.
9. What are your top 3 pet peeves?

People who chew with their mouth open…ewww.

People who smack their gum while chewing it… gross.

People that speed up for no reason to pass me and then slow down and I have to pass them…ughhhhhh…
10. What’s something your followers don’t know about you?

🤔🤔🤔🤔

I’m bald. No, you can see pictures.

I love my kids. No, that’s obvious.

I love sex. No, that’s not it either. You know that because I write so passionately about intimacy.

Oh wait….one leg is shorter than the other due to the curvation of my spine.
