Help Break The Shackles

How many men and women feel like they are bound by chains? How many are crying out for help and yet go unnoticed?

I believe they go unnoticed because we are not listening or we are concentrating on ourselves too much?

How many times in conversation with someone have you heard a word that sort of set you back for a sec? Did you blow it off because you felt their was no way they were referring to themselves?

We need to pay attention, because those little hints could be their way of screaming for help.

By truly hearing someone and being intentional in your conversation you can share how God helped you with your own personal struggles.

The struggles do not have to be the same. Most are looking for hope. And your words could give them that.

If you have struggled in any sin or addiction and have overcome it through Christ, I believe it is your duty to share your experiences and how you overcame through Christ.

Trust me when I say that God will take your hurt and use your story to redeem another. And it will be for His glory!!

Take heed to the prompting of the Spirit today for God may have an ordained meeting planned for you today with another child of His!!

  1. Listening at the right time, and being attentive to God’s hints can lead to some eye-opening (and heart-ripping) information. God puts us there for a reason, and you’ve hit the nail on the head. He wants to use us: that results in blessing others and, by God’s miracle, it also results in receiving blessings upon blessings.

It’s not why I started My Made Up Hard Life, but it is why I continue it. I know others hurt in the ways that I do, and I want them to know that even though I go through periods (like now) where depression just beats on me- I know and trust God that he will deliver me out of it. He always does.

    1. Yes, there are A LOT of men out there that have been or are hurting in the same manner.

Your ministry will grow stronger just continue being honest and real.

We, honestly, need more men writing as you do brother!

I’m still praying for you both!
