My Angel Is Fourteen

Wow, how time flies! I still remember waking up in the middle of the night because she would decide to climb out of her crib with a thump!

My little miracle, who “had” the extra y chromosome and was supposed to have webbed hands and feet, who was almost miscarried came into this world perfectly fine and healthy!

Yeah, after the photo session I had to go buy a tricycle and a bear 😁

So many memories in such a short time. It feels she should be older and yet at the same time…younger. It has been such an honor to be her dad. God truly blessed me beyond measure by answering a prayer from my teen years.

To be a good dad. That was my prayer. He blessed me with not only one but two children. Now, I am trying with all my heart to live out my part of the prayer. To BE that good dad.

Erin, I love you angel! You are such a blessing and joy. I’m in awe of the young woman you are becoming!!❤ I am so proud of what you have accomplished and I admire the goals you have set for yourself. Know I will be there cheering you on as you hit each one. And no matter what happens in life I will always love you bunches and bunches!
