Thanksgiving Tag

Kathy, thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to participate in The Thanksgiving Tag, which was created by Nova over at Namestè 365 Online. You all really need to go read what everyone else is thankful for, as it may open your eyes to those things taken for granted. I know it has for me!

RULES:

List your thankful ABC.

Add one theme clip art to your post.

Tag 3 people you hope would participate.

A – Angie, the love of a lifetime…now her name is out there…🤐 Shhhh!!

B – Beauty is the the eye of the beholder and I am thankful God allows me to see beauty when others do not!

C – Chinese buffets 🍣 and chocolate 🙂

D – Deliverance, for without it we would all still be bound in the chains of our sins.

E – Encouragement, for without being encouraged I believe we would all just settle for less than what we are capable of.

F – Friends, I have truly been blessed with some of the best friends in the world!

G – God, for loving me enough to send Jesus to take the punishment I so deserved and not leaving me where I was when I cried out.

H – Hammocks for those lazy days of chilling and reading 🙂

I – Integrity and what it represents

J – Jesus, for doing the will of His Father and becoming the sacrificial lamb for ALL of us!

K – Kindness, those wonderful random acts that appear out of nowhere to prove that there is still hope for human kind.

L – Love, though it does hurt…it is always worth opening your heart for!

M – My mom, for always being there for me, her prayers and her unwavering love!

N – Nature and all its beauty!

O – Originality, as we are all unique. Be you!

P – Platypus, because it shows that God has a sense of humor.

Q – Quality time with my kids or someone special!

R – Roller Coasters 👏👏👊

S – Showers…you have no idea!!! The house I rent does not have a shower so when I go to a friend’s house and take one I’m in there forever just letting the water hit me, as hot as I can stand it.

T – Trust, though hard to earn…it is well worth the journey.

U – Universe and all it’s majesty. A vastly freaking huge reminder of how great our Creator truly is.

V – Victory over temptations.

W – Women, because without them…one I wouldn’t be here and two..this world would fall apart.

X – Xtreme missions for the chance to go to Honduras on the mission trip! What a blessing that was!

Y – You, all my fellow bloggers!!

Z – Zippers…oh how important those little buggers are!

  3. I loved your P! It shows your sense of humor, too. BTW, until my son remodeled his bathroom, he got a shower head and an attachment from Home Depot that attaches to the tub nozzle and let him have a shower in his old claw footed tub. Just a suggestion!

  7. What a great list, Stuart!! Thank you so much for the tag! I love things like this, and it’s just the pick me up I need after what was such a horrible week last week. I can start this Thanksgiving week off on a positive note! Thank you again!! 🙂

  13. Your “E” was quite profound. Just to recognize that many of us settle for less than we are capable of! Encouragement from dear friends does, indeed, help minimize the fear that might keep us from taking the next steps toward success.
