I figured I would do something a little different…well a lot different for me. A glimpse into my life outside of the blogging world.
Yesterday my daughter, Erin and I went out for Sushi at our favorite Thai restaurant. It always been a taste test as we always get four rolls. Something new each time with the exception, now, of the Norwegian Maki. That’s a staple from now on.
Here’s a photo from last night’s adventure…
One of rolls had a smiley face on it that cracked us both up…
And a quick photo of my beautiful angel taking the first bite of the Snow White roll..
What an honor it is to be her dad.
While eating we chat about all the camps she is going to and what we need to buy for said camps. Basically Erin will be home like 28 days this summer. The rest of the time will be spent at a Taekwondo camp, a 4H camp, the Taekwondo World’s Tournament and church camps…
Well today I promised my son, Brandon we would go get some Lego sets as Toys’R’Us is going out of business. Lego sets are not on clearance enough…just saying. But we did manage to find two Ninjago Lego sets that were within my price range. I’d say they would keep him busy for days, but I doubt it. He is way too fast.
Then we have to head to Target for more camp supplies and few clothing items.
But Brandon wanted to go to the pet store before going to Target. So we walk around looking at the fish, lizards, snakes, Guinea Pigs and our favorite…the ferrets ๐
As we were leaving Brandon spots a kitten in the adopt a pet section and wants to hold it. So I told him he could…of course. He goes and asks the sales lady if she could get the kitten out of the cage so he could hold it. Well….she’s allergic to cats. So I ask her to simply unlock the cage and I will get the kitten out.
So…this crazy kitten apparently liked me. I pull her out and she immediately climbs up on my shoulder and just lays there purring. She then walks around to the other shoulder where Brandon is waiting “patiently” to hold her. But no….she climbs on to my head and sits down. Funniest thing ever ๐๐
So a customer standing by decides to take a picture, as they had been watching the whole time but right as he takes the photo she jumps…
So yeah…that did just happen ๐
Brandon did get to hold it after I caught her.
So we finish there, head to Target, do the whole no son those don’t fit thing and then guess what Brandon wants for lunch???
Yep… ๐ฃ
I love my kiddos ๐
๐๐๐ this looked like so much fun! I was cracking up off that pic and I love Thai food! There are so lucky to have a great dad!! I’m hoping my boys loves Legos! You girl is so pretty aww!

We went and had Chinese after church today. This post reminds me of our time out, apart from when my boy started crying and I had to be outside for the rest of the time. Lol. Glad you’re having an time.

Oh, that’s funny you bring that up. When Erin and I were eating there was couple sitting to the right of us that had to take their son outside because he didn’t want to sit in highchair and eat..lol
